The ‘Waste Champion Course’ is designed for specific highly motivated individuals, currently working in an established waste facility, who have to ability to ‘go the extra mile’ and function as a direct link between ‘The Basement and The Boardroom’. The role of ‘Waste Champion ’ involves learning & being fully conversant with ALL aspects of the company’s waste management, understanding the waste being processed, how to maximise the efficiency of all systems, processes and protocols that are in place and if not in place, how to implement them.
This is a highly specialised training course designed for individuals who are motivated to learn, able to lead by example, converse equally well with the shop floor and put their case clearly and concisely to managers and directors.
The role of ‘Waste Champion ’ in any organisation is one of responsibility (and everything that naturally comes with that responsibility). This is a challenging but highly rewarding training course that will more than just ‘make you think’, it is likely to make you completely re-evaluate your company’s current waste management strategies.
The Waste Champion role is a pivotal training course in either the WTS Waste Champion Managed Service or the Site Managed Waste Champion Strategy.
